Funding time is dependent on the period from final approval after all necessary documentation and signing have been obtained and checked, before 2PM PST on a business day.
The consumer(s) must inform the lender in writing by midnight on the third calendar day of receiving the loan, in order to exercise the right to cancel. The consumer(s) must refund all monies earned and fees charged by authorized funds on behalf of the consumer(s) within one business day from the date of rescission.
